What means to be a Professional Taster

To became a Professional Taster you need to do a specific course of study
After several years attending master classes, tutorials, conferences and tastings you need to pass specific exams

and after enough experience you are listed in a board of Professional Taster for the product you are spelialised in ( ex. wine, cheese, etc)
A Professional Taster is allowed to be part of the jury in the numerous food and wine competitions.
